7.Product desscription
7.1 To the best of our knowledge, the Product descriptions on the Website are accurate and up-to date, but we are continually working to improve our Products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the Website. The Website shows images of Products to help you with your selection, but these images should not be taken to be accurate representations of the Products-there may be variations between the image and the Product. All measurements and weights are approximate.
8. Orders
8.1 We are currently not taking credit card payments ourselves on the Website. Please look back here if our own payment system and shopping cart become available.
8.2 We may give you the option of purchasing our products through third party websites. 15.6 Our failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The failure of Carddies Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
